While the building process has been pleasant, I have stumbled upon the least understanding customer service I have experienced in my whole life when it came to help us with unsatisfactory blinds.
Having been misled from day 1 after our visit to the showroom, we are now left with a set of roller blinds we don’t want
And impact our use of the space, and the blonds costed us 1k! our space is unusable as it’s unpleasant to work in either a pitch black office or at the view of all…
There was absolutely ZERO attempt to help in ANY way shape or form, even when I suggested they could help in liaising/contacting their blinds provider on my behalf for an exchange. Nothing.
Customers: watch out and be wary.
You will be made to confirm an expensive order with a very very long list of items. If you tick on wrong you are left hanging on your own with no one to help.
