I cannot fault the process from start to finish. We previously looked at a green retreats garden room during lockdown and we were debating for some time about which design and style to choose, as well as the positioning in our garden. We purchased from Costco which was straight forward, and booked our site inspection on the way home from store. The appointment was within 10 days and we were given an installation date there and then. We were lucky however to be given a much sooner cancellation slot which meant we were able to enjoy and use our room for the summer.

We were kept updated at all stages, the online system is easy to navigate with lots of choice's available. Delivery and installation was over a 3 day period with the base installed one week before a 2 day build the following week. The build team were on time, polite and courteous, even had time to play with our dog who was interested throughout the build.

I’ve been in my room for 2 weeks now and I cannot fault the quality it feels warm and secure and I'm so pleased we chose green retreats.

Fantastic repair and renew service 8…

Fantastic repair and renew service 8 years after buying my garden office. A crack in the original seal had allowed water in and damaged the front edge/ base of door frame. Very quick response, professional visit to assess the damage and what repair was needed, then full repair and replacement of damage under warranty. All the people I met and interacted with were so helpful and seemed to genuinely care about their roles, the products and their customers. Thank you and well done all.
