CHOOSING OUR GARDEN ROOM
Review By: Maralyn Bird
Thank you Amy your very comprehensive knowledge and for your support with both a) my myriad of online plans 🤣 and b) helping us to choose exactly what we want.
The whole process is well thought through and we completely enjoyed our visit to you even after driving two hours to reach you in the fog.
We chose you for your quality garden rooms and green credentials.
Just a little tip PLEASE use glass bottles for your water and not plastic.

Day trip to Garden Retreats was impressive...
We thank Rowena and staff that welcome us today. Couldn't resist the offer of a cup of coffee after a long trip. The showroom is a delight showing both indoors and outdoor examples of their Garden Retreats Units! Rowena was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered questions we were unsure of and gave us helpful tips and information. We sat down and chosen a Contmporary Range Style and a quote received via email this evening. We hope we can come to a decision soon, as we reckon we know where to go. Thank you for your time with us today.
Made quite an impression! We have had our building over four…
We have had our building over four years now! Absolutely the best decision we ever made! The buildings are high quality, and the customer service is faultless! Green retreats go that extra mile and are as keen to provide top customer service from the moment you set foot in their show room, to further down the line (in our case four years) with any repairs or snags no matter how small. This is a big successful modern day business while ensuring customers needs are met first, in my mind it’s such an old school run business which is so rare and very refreshing to find a company that really cares in today’s world! We have always recommend Green retreats and will continue to! Thank you Liz and Craig
So helpful - recommend!
We were shown around by Nichole Ashley who did an excellent job at patiently and competently answering all of our many questions whilst our young children tagged along. Thanks so much for your time and expertise!
Experience at the showroom.
My wife and I were expected at the front desk and given a very polite and warm welcome. We were then introduced to Cara who offered us refreshments which were very welcome after a long drive. Cara was extremely well informed of all aspects of the buildings, both technical and cosmetic and was able to answer all queries. She was patient, charming and very well trained. We were very impressed.
Wow what a showroom
Wow what a place, a great place to actually see the designs and the sizes, it made a big difference going there to what we thought we originally wanted. When we had seen the size we first wanted we changed the our minds to larger. The staff are great & they know there stuff, they will not pressure you at all. It’s your experience & your chance to gain your own knowledge and would 100% recommend that a trip to the showroom, it is a must before you hit the purchase button. And a added bonus the coffee and biscuits are given to you when you arrive and though out if you want more.
Very helpful members of staff.
Very helpful members of staff. Informative and well worth visiting.
Would recommend to everyone ….
Extremely please with our ‘man/teenager cave’ - everything we could have wished for. Had some issues initially which Green Retreats resolved without any problem - even getting them in in a couple of weeks time (4 years after purchase) due to patio door becoming stiff to open/close. After sales service has been fantastic.
Great cabin, plastering not a good option
Quick install of an 8mx4m cabin about a year ago. Work done according to schedule. Looks good and quality products used. Windows were slightly grazed and there were a few minor niggles which were to be expected. I deducted a star for the plastering and I do not recommend plastering their cabins. The plaster cracked everywhere where there was a stud. GR came out to repair, but it just cracked again 3 weeks later and keeps getting worse. I was initially told it was because the stud wood was still moist and hadn’t dried completely, but an internal door also started to jam and got progressively worse so I’m not so sure now and think it may have something to do with the foundation piling design. So, great cabins, but don’t select the plastered wall option unless you have concrete foundations.
