We really wanted to use this ethical company. However, we made an appointment to visit the showroom and were provided with a brochure and price list. We immediately arranged a site visit and the surveyor even borrowed our brochure to check a detail.
The estimate then provided was approximately £1500 in excess of the price listed. When queried, Green Retreats took a month to state, '...prices have increased in the last couple of months due to the demand.' No apology was issued and interestingly, we are now unable to log into the original account. Having never given a negative review before, we felt the lack of transparency begged at the very least, an apology. Needless to say, we have now purchased a garden room elsewhere.

Fantastic repair and renew service 8…

Fantastic repair and renew service 8 years after buying my garden office. A crack in the original seal had allowed water in and damaged the front edge/ base of door frame. Very quick response, professional visit to assess the damage and what repair was needed, then full repair and replacement of damage under warranty. All the people I met and interacted with were so helpful and seemed to genuinely care about their roles, the products and their customers. Thank you and well done all.
