I'd like to thank Green Retreats for such an amazing experience from start to finish. I was looking for a company to build me a music studio and was able to visit their showroom in Aylesbury - the team answered all my questions and even let me try out my speakers in the showroom. The instillation process was speedy and the teams were considerate and friendly and worked incredibly hard to get it all done - halfway through the process my wife and I welcomed our first baby into the world and Nicole at customer care was incredibly helpful in rescheduling dates at the last minute. I will absolutely be recommending GR to friends and neighbours.

This showroom is amazing, a huge variety of designs and sizes. We were welcomed with complementary tea and coffee, and then shown rooms that were similar to our plans. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Looking forward to our free survey and getting a room installed this year!!!

Really great service and attention to detail at every stage. I felt that I was in exceptional hands with this company and my garden room both looks great and is a wonderful place to ‘retreat’ to in all seasons. I was so pleasantly surprised at how warm and cosy it was in Winter, so much warmer than my house!

You can buy cheaper elsewhere, but you probably wouldn't get the same attention to detail. The second garden room we've purchased from this company. Great people to deal with.

Visit to showroom was super. Georgia was really informative and helpful. Great coffee too and made to feel very welcome at reception even though it was very busy. Excellent customer service, we were all impressed.

Fantastic showroom - a great range of buildings to explore and experience. Mandy took time and care to talk us through the many designs and options for our garden office and gave great advice about the best options for our needs, budget and garden plot. Our girls enjoyed the mini play equipment and colouring sheets and a complimentary hot chocolate and juice. We weren’t rushed or pushed at any point. A truly lovely customer experience.

Fantastic repair and renew service 8 years after buying my garden office. A crack in the original seal had allowed water in and damaged the front edge/ base of door frame. Very quick response, professional visit to assess the damage and what repair was needed, then full repair and replacement of damage under warranty. All the people I met and interacted with were so helpful and seemed to genuinely care about their roles, the products and their customers. Thank you and well done all.
