As we drove to the showroom to look at possible garden rooms, my husband said, ‘We're just looking!’ Yet within two hours we’d signed up for an Inspiration model. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, well-informed and there was no heavy sales patter. However, there was no need really, as the product spoke for itself.
Communication throughout has been prompt. All employees have been professional and good-humoured. (I particularly enjoyed the crazy singing from the bottom of the garden as the team installed our garden room in the pouring rain!)
To say we’re pleased with the garden room (known now as ‘the bike shed’ as it’s where my husband will store & fix all his bikes) is an understatement. It’s spacious, secure & solidly built. Where it’s positioned, it blends in to the garden and the weeping willow drapes over it beautifully.
Everyone who’s seen it so far has admired it.
Well done, Green Retreats & thanks for a very positive experience.

Fantastic repair and renew service 8…

Fantastic repair and renew service 8 years after buying my garden office. A crack in the original seal had allowed water in and damaged the front edge/ base of door frame. Very quick response, professional visit to assess the damage and what repair was needed, then full repair and replacement of damage under warranty. All the people I met and interacted with were so helpful and seemed to genuinely care about their roles, the products and their customers. Thank you and well done all.
