Excellent visit to the showroom to explore options available to us for a games / entertainment room . Every detail was considered by the sales team who listened to our requirements very carefully . Such a good choice of designs and finishes available to look at .

Great, we have had the garden room for nearly two years now, we loved the showroom so you could see exactly what you would be getting, the fact the prices are set rather than having to negotiate, no pressure to buy and really helpful people. The installation went well and we are really pleased. We have had two problems since with the side door and patio doors and although they at first sent us information to see if we could fix it ourselves when this was not possible it was easy to arrange for someone to call. So although they may not be the cheapest I would definitely go with Green Retreats again, the website being able to see how much everything costs is good, the only thing I might change would be to have the composite on all four rather than three sides. Where they could improve - putting the finishing boards along the bottom on all four sides not just the two that show. It looks a bit unfinished and as there are no foundations in the showroom models you do not see this until it is fitted.

We travelled quite a long way to visit the Green Retreats showroom and we were so glad we did. We arrived far too early for our appointment but we were immediately welcomed and offered hot drinks. Ed, who took our appointment, showed us briefly where to find what we were looking for and then left us to our own devices to take a look at the different rooms and features. When we were ready we sat down with Ed and designed our ideal garden room on a very handy virtual design tool. There wasn’t a single question we asked that Ed didn’t know the answer to and he provided honest and extremely helpful advice throughout the process. At no point did I feel like we were being up-sell’d to include items that we didn’t need. We spent 2 hours in the showroom and I can honestly say it was a pleasure to be there. If you’re thinking about whether to make a visit or not I highly recommend you do.

From my first visit to the Buckinghamshire showroom, I had excellent customer service. What I was really impressed with there was no pressure to place an order and everyone I spoke to regarding any queries about my design and order, were always very helpful. Also, on the days of the work being carried out like foundations building my room and electrics. All of the guys were very polite. Couldn't do enough for you and each day left my property tidy. They also arrived on time. Would highly recommend Green Retreats.

This experience was a just so amazing from start to finish. Mackenzie showed me around when I visited to view the Basebox. She was really friendly and so well informed. She had all the info I needed and a couple of questions she went and double checked. There was no hard sell - just a genuine enthusiasm for the product. I was then contacted by Nicole who oversaw the planning of the times etc. Nicole was also so very helpful. She was always quick to respond and reassuring. She kept everything on track and was a delight to talk to.....she put up with some silly questions from me! lol Everything thing was done on the day it was planned for. All the men who came were a pleasure to have around. Polite, hardworking and very dedicated to doing a good job. They were also enthusiastic about working for Green Retreats which is always a good sign. They were a credit to the company and deserve recognition for this as they are the frontline of the company. A special shout out to Adam and the gang who did the installation. There were a couple of obstacles- e.g. traffic due to an accident on the route, one man down - but they stayed late until the job was done - such commitment - they worked soooo hard. They even came back another day to double check in daylight that it was to the high standard they wanted to deliver. The foundations men and the electricians and WiFi guy had the same dedication. Sorry - so many names I couldn’t remember them all. On top of that I am over the moon with my Basebox! It is even better than I imagined it would be - an excellent product. The interest free credit is such a blessing as well. It meant i didn’t have to spend all of my savings or remortgage.

Green Retreats' showroom near Waddesdon is well worth a visit. Well laid out both inside and out, with excellent service from the sales staff and enough things to keep the kids entertained - just! Came up with designs on there and then and emailed to us for a more detailed look. Not pushy. Yet to make a decision, but definitely in the running.

Loved our visit! Staff were very helpful to the Buckinghamshire showroom. It was a delight to have a look around the rooms and really liked the outdoor area. Everything is very transparent - they have buildings that have aged outdoors so you can get an idea of how the effect weathering can have on the cladding. Appreciate the electric car charging, the drinks and the mince pies! :D

We had such a friendly and engaging welcome by the sales team from the moment we walked through the door. Everyone worked together to make us feel welcome and relaxed. Zainab, our delightful sales person, was well informed and attentive to our needs and preferences for the project.
