It was so good to look at the different buildings and see the options available. It was equally helpful to discuss what would work for us in the building we have chosen. A very worthwhile visit!!

Lovely showroom, shame you don't have more on display. All staff really helpful and friendly, didn't feel rushed when asking so many questions.

The whole team made us feel very welcome from the start. Toni was particularly helpful and informative which was much appreciated.

Lovely team, from the Receptionist smiling when you arrive and the Young Team member Lily who looked after us with initial discussion, Coffee and Water. Very professional, polite, gave us plenty of options to think about.

Really happy with my new garden room - Green Retreats made the process really easy and were helpful throughout.

Aftercare service has been excellent - in particular James who has done all he could to assist us recently with getting some extra cladding (not for the garden room). He went 'above and beyond' while we experienced the horrors of ParcelForce and communicated regularly and efficiently.
