so far everything and everyone has been helpful and reassuring. the on site survey reassured us and this was followed through by the delightful young lady in the showroom. no pressure was exerted and only helpful advice/suggestions after listening to our needs and questions. worries were wiped away. thank you.

Aftercare service has been excellent

Aftercare service has been excellent - in particular James who has done all he could to assist us recently with getting some extra cladding (not for the garden room). He went 'above and beyond' while we experienced the horrors of ParcelForce and communicated regularly and efficiently.
