Sales Order No. 171000014GRS1 31/10/2017 After purchasing an Inspiration garden room for £17k it was installed in January 2018.
Since then I have had to have rectification work conducted 3 times regarding the same issue. The right elevation window was not fitted correctly and water has blown the surrounding plaster. The room needs the maintenance team to chop the blown plaster, remove the window and find the water ingress point. The roof gap is maintained and guttering cleared, yet water continues to seep into the window frame and this has blown the sill plaster and all corners are crumbling and paint peeling away. I do not wish the same issue on any new customer and I hope GreenRetreats.co.uk aftercare will finally sort this once and for all!
