Great building, not so great communication

I love my new garden building and the installation and service from the technicians has been great & very professional. Unfortunately the customer service and communication did not match this experience. TWICE I was given a date for a blinds installation and waited in as instructed but nobody arrived and it was only after I had been waiting half a day & contacted my customer service representative that I found out that there was a "mistake" and the blinds weren't coming. This happening once would be unfortunate, but they did it to me again the following week. This morning I had some guys arrive at 8.30 to look at a possible issue with the slidefold doors and they were lucky I was here because this visit had not been arranged with me. I am happy with the quality of the building and everyone who worked on it, however I would expect far better customer service and communication.

Aftercare service has been excellent

Aftercare service has been excellent - in particular James who has done all he could to assist us recently with getting some extra cladding (not for the garden room). He went 'above and beyond' while we experienced the horrors of ParcelForce and communicated regularly and efficiently.
