I took a long time researching many different options for my much wanted garden building to use as an art studio and the quality of Green Retreats’ buildings could not be matched. Whilst the team in the showroom are great and all very helpful I cannot praise Steve and his team who came out to install it highly enough. They were all very professional and efficient (and smiling despite the awful weather each day) and Steve as team leader made sure everything went exactly to plan. The electrician who came to connect everything to the house was great too and explained how I could have the outdoor sensor, head/deck lights, wall lights and panel lights set to switch separately and therefore more practically for me which was so appreciated. Not only a great product but such a great team from the shop floor out to the installation. Thank you so much.

Fantastic repair and renew service 8…

Fantastic repair and renew service 8 years after buying my garden office. A crack in the original seal had allowed water in and damaged the front edge/ base of door frame. Very quick response, professional visit to assess the damage and what repair was needed, then full repair and replacement of damage under warranty. All the people I met and interacted with were so helpful and seemed to genuinely care about their roles, the products and their customers. Thank you and well done all.
