The process of getting a garden room built was really easy and very quick - less than a month from visiting their showroom to getting the keys. The customer care was great and they always responded to emails, queries or calls. The work men arrived when they said they would and worked really hard with minimal disruption to the house, even when taking the panels and tools through, and they even cleared up after themselves. The base only took half a day to install and the building was up and finished in 2 1/2 days. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because they changed the date for the installation of the base very close to the time, which meant I had to change work around in order to be there. I would highly recommend Green Retreats - I now have 2 extra bedrooms at a fraction of the cost and time it would have taken to extend the house.
