Great Garden Room, Poor Customer Service Team

Great Garden Room, Great Instillation Teams, Poor Customer Service.

The whole process has been great, except for that final stage. Sadly I found the customer service at the end lacking and it left a bad taste. One individual in particular just ruined the whole experience for me.

The actual teams that installed though were great and I'm really pleased with the final product.

Edit: I have just received a call and an apology after leaving this review. Hopefully it is just one of those things where we caught each other on a bad day as the rest of the customer service seems pretty good.

Aftercare service has been excellent

Aftercare service has been excellent - in particular James who has done all he could to assist us recently with getting some extra cladding (not for the garden room). He went 'above and beyond' while we experienced the horrors of ParcelForce and communicated regularly and efficiently.
