At every stage of of my Green Retreats experience, from the initial browsing of the website to the finished garden room, I have been delighted. All the staff I have dealt with have been helpful and more than pleasant to deal with and their knowledge and efficiency has been unquestionable.

Aftercare service has been excellent

Aftercare service has been excellent - in particular James who has done all he could to assist us recently with getting some extra cladding (not for the garden room). He went 'above and beyond' while we experienced the horrors of ParcelForce and communicated regularly and efficiently.
