We’ve had a superb experience with Green Retreats, culminating in an installation by four incredibly professional, skilled and courteous guys who worked through some of the most horrible weather that February had to offer to install our building on schedule and in flawless condition. This was followed by the electricians who also did a superb job, including some Krypton Factor esque problem solving along the way.

All of the staff we have spoken to or contacted have been terrific and the most important thing, the building itself, is beautiful. It already looks like it was always meant to be in our garden and we look forward to years of family use.

Aftercare service has been excellent

Aftercare service has been excellent - in particular James who has done all he could to assist us recently with getting some extra cladding (not for the garden room). He went 'above and beyond' while we experienced the horrors of ParcelForce and communicated regularly and efficiently.
