I've recently had a 6m x 3.5m Inspiration installed in my garden. Having shopped around elsewhere - and had some disappointments both in terms of service and product - I'm delighted with the result and I've really enjoyed dealing with Green Retreats.
Visiting the showroom was a pleasure, with someone taking all the time I needed to explain the features of the rooms on display. I'd definitely recommend a showroom visit to anyone thinking about buying. And there was absolutely no hard sell.
The site visit was a great opportunity to talk through my plans in detail, get some expert feedback and reassurance that my initial ideas would work and then amend my ideas accordingly. Again, no hard sell.
The installers arrived bang on time - literally to the minute - and completed the project when they said they would, taking genuine care in ensuring I was delighted with the finished building. They left the building immaculately clean and my garden spotless.
The quality of the product is just awesome and the experience from start to finish has been superb - Green Retreats have a product and a process that is well refined, as well as a culture where everyone seems to really care about going the extra mile and delighting their customers.
