From the very first phone call to the final handshake on the last day of installation this company were top of their game. The sales person talked me out of adding features that would not be cost effective and guided us to an excellent building selection. The Service support team were diligent and careful in the pre-build communications and preparations. The base installation team worked in awful weather conditions and were remarkable in their perseverance and professionalism. The installations team were excellent, skilled, and a pleasure to have in my home. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Aftercare service has been excellent

Aftercare service has been excellent - in particular James who has done all he could to assist us recently with getting some extra cladding (not for the garden room). He went 'above and beyond' while we experienced the horrors of ParcelForce and communicated regularly and efficiently.
