Annex 2

Modern contemporary styling

Our Annexe 2 range is one of the most popular designs we’ve ever created. Featuring a graphite hood, composite decking as standard and corner window design features, the Annex 2 brings the garden and its views inside the annexe.

Sizes and Prices include VAT and are based on standard kitchen, bathroom and electric options, a 2.3m French door, a rectangular and a lozenge window and planning permission. Also included in our standard prices are foundations, site levelling up to 300mm and full building control sign off, 10m of plumbing and 20m of electrical connection.
