Here at The Annex, we’re beginning to get into the festive spirit and preparing for the most wonderful time of year.
Christmas Opening Hours
The Annex showroom is open over the Christmas period with a few exceptions. We believe that Christmas is a time to spend with family, which is why our Buckinghamshire showroom will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. On the 27th, 28th and 29th December, we are open as normal. Our showroom reopens on Thursday 2nd January.

Our new and improved showroom offers you the opportunity to view all 17 of our fully furnished garden rooms from our other brands in an indoor and outdoor environment. Enjoy the brisk Winter air in our new outdoor show-space, with 8 garden rooms, including 4 of our annexes, for you to see exactly what to expect from our garden rooms in their natural environment or pop into the warmth and pay our showroom hosts a visit, where they’ll be able to answer all your burning annexe questions.

Visiting our showroom has more than one benefit. Not only can you find out all there is to know about starting your garden room journey but you can also pick up an exclusive voucher which entitles you to local discounts.
Eat & Drink
Enjoy a bite to eat along with a warming drink from local gastropub The Long Dog Remember that voucher we mentioned earlier? Well, it entitles you to 10% off your food bill! Don’t forget to give Piggy the Frenchie a pet whilst you’re there! During Christmas, you can even pick up beautiful fresh Christmas trees around the back of the pub.
Be At One With Nature
Just a 5-minute drive from our showroom, you’ll find the National Trust site, Waddesdon Manor. Waddesdon Manor certainly is the place to be during Christmas. The manor always puts on a spectacular light show which is well worth a visit and don’t forget to take a wander inside the manor to check out how they’ve decorated this Christmas. For the finer things in life, don’t forget to pop over to Bicester Village to round off your trip. There you’ll find a vast selection of luxury shops and swish restaurants to dine at. During Christmas, Bicester Village transforms itself into a fairytale setting so we would highly recommend paying it a visit, even if it is just to window shop.

The Green Retreats Group is expanding
with a second showroom in London!
We are excited to announce that very soon we will be opening our very first London Showroom. With so many of our lovely customers being based in and around London, it makes sense for us to develop our second showroom on their doorstep.
Green Retreats London Garden Room Showroom – Coming Soon!
Our new London showroom will be an addition to our existing Buckinghamshire Showroom; As the UK’s largest indoor showroom, we showcase 17 garden room buildings, each alternating in design and style. Also with different finishes, sizing and layout options, we have a product that suits everyone.
Our London Showroom will be more of a ‘hub’ showroom to our Buckinghamshire showroom – including 3 entirely furnished garden buildings; alongside an incredibly detailed VR experience that is like no other, allowing you to design your own garden room and tour around it.
Work on the new showroom has officially started! So we will be sharing the process and keeping you all updated on progress via our website and social media platforms – so keep your eyes peeled for more updates!
