Four bathroom designs to choose from, included in the price

Included in every annex building is a luxury bathroom. With four sizes to choose from and various colour options, you can be sure that our bathroom options have been designed to suit your space and style.

Included in every bathroom is an Aqualisa shower, low profile shower tray, sink with vanity unit, heated towel rail and soft close toilet as standard. To ‘make it yours’ we offer three different colours of waterproof wall tile in the shower. There are even three different shades of vanity unit door and three different colours of shower unit to pick from.

Bathroom A

Our smallest bathroom option, Bathroom A is cleverly designed to still house all of the luxury bathroom options we include as standard. Compact but comprehensive, Bathroom A has everything you need. The shower door in Bathroom A is cleverly infolding to save space.

Bathroom B

A slightly longer bathroom design, Bathroom B measures at 3350mm x 900mm. The slim and long design of Bathroom B offers a compact bathroom solution for your annex, leaving more open space in your living or bedroom area. Our smart designed infolding shower door is installed in Bathroom B to save space.

Bathroom C

Bathroom C is a squared design, measuring at 2000mm x 1400mm. The larger floor area allows for our extra large shower tray and contemporary glass shower screen. This shower design gives more space for greater accessibility when bathing.

Bathroom D

The largest bathroom option that we offer, Bathroom D is a square design measuring 1900mm x 1900mm. With more space to move around, Bathroom D is a great choice for those you want or need that extra space in the bathroom for accessibility. Bathroom D also comes with the extra large shower tray and a contemporary glass shower screen.
