The Annex is situated at the back of 36 Avonfield Avenue. It comprises of an entrance porch leading to a kitchen which is fully equipped, a shower room with toilet facilities, a double bedroom and lounge diner with a patio door, which leads through to the garden.

In the garden you will find a table, chairs and a sun canopy for you to use and enjoy.

Parking is avaliable on the premises, situated at the front of the bungalow.
